Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. You will see the total cost, including shipping, before completing your purchase.

Orders Within Switzerland

For orders delivered within Switzerland, the price shown at checkout is your final price. No additional taxes or customs fees apply.

International Orders – Important Information About Customs and Import Duties

For orders shipped to countries outside Switzerland (including EU countries), customs duties and import taxes may apply. Please read this section carefully before placing your order.

What Are Import Fees?

Import duties and customs taxes are fees charged by your country's customs office — not by us. These fees are determined by your country's customs regulations, are based on the declared value of your shipment, are calculated according to your local tax laws, are NOT included in our product prices or shipping costs, and are NOT displayed on our website (as they vary by country and order value).

You are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by your country when your package arrives.

Estimating Your Costs

We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering to understand potential fees. Many countries provide online customs calculators to help estimate duties and taxes.

If you have questions about potential customs costs for your country, please contact us before placing your order. While we cannot guarantee exact amounts, we are happy to help you understand what to expect.

Delivery and Payment of Customs Fees

When your package arrives in your country, your local customs office will assess any applicable fees, the delivery carrier will contact you about payment, you must pay these fees to receive your package, and payment is made directly to the carrier or customs office, not to us.

Refused Delivery

If you choose not to pay the required customs fees and refuse delivery of your package, the following will occur: the package will be returned to us by the carrier, we will be charged return shipping fees and any customs-related costs, upon receiving the returned package and verifying its condition we will process a refund, the refund will consist of the product price minus return shipping costs charged to us (with documentation provided), any customs or handling fees charged to us (with documentation provided), and original outbound shipping costs (non-refundable). The refund will be processed within 10–14 business days of receiving the returned package.

To avoid these deductions, please ensure you are prepared to pay any customs fees before placing an international order.

Documentation

We will provide you with documentation of all fees deducted, including invoices from the shipping carrier and customs authorities.

Order Processing

After you place your order, we will process it within 24 hours (business days). You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after purchase.

Delivery Time

Shipping typically takes between 3 and 30 days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to available stock, manufacturing time for custom or made-to-order items, national holidays, and unforeseen delivery issues.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Requirements

All packages will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout and require a signature upon receipt.

Important: We cannot be held responsible for delivery problems that occur if you choose to change the delivery address after the order has shipped, modify the delivery date with the carrier, choose not to sign for the package at delivery, or refuse to pay possible customs taxes for international orders.

Customer Responsibility for Customs Clearance

When you place an international order, you are responsible for monitoring your shipment tracking, responding to carrier and customs notifications, paying all required customs duties and import taxes, and accepting delivery of your package.

Abandoned or Refused Packages

If you refuse to pay customs fees, ignore delivery notifications, fail to respond to customs within required timeframes, or otherwise refuse or abandon your package, the following will occur:

If the package returns to us: After receiving the returned package, we will issue a refund minus return costs, customs fees, and original shipping costs. Documentation will be provided.

If the package does not return to us (abandoned at customs, destroyed, or otherwise disposed of): No refund will be issued. You remain responsible for payment. We cannot refund for products not in our possession.

Exceptions: Legitimate customs issues (incorrect documentation, etc.) — contact us immediately. Carrier errors — we will work with you to resolve. Excessive or incorrect customs charges — we will help investigate.
