Human hair wigs

How to Care for Your Human Hair Wig

Before First Use:
  • Gently brush with a wide-tooth comb or wig brush, starting from the ends
  • Place the wig gently on the head, then carefully adjust the position and hairline without pulling on the lace
  • The excess lace needs to be cut according to the natural or desired hairline
  • Please note that we maintain excellent hygiene standards for all our products. Washing before first use is optional and based on personal preference
Washing:
  • Frequency: Every 10-15 wears, or when product buildup occurs
  • Use lukewarm water and sulfate-free shampoo
  • Place the wig in a basin with water and shampoo
  • Gently wash in downward motions - don't rub or twist
  • Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
  • Apply conditioner from mid-length to ends (avoid the roots/cap area)
  • Rinse with cool water
  • Gently squeeze out excess water with a towel - don't wring
Drying:
  • Pat dry carefully with a towel
  • Place on a wig stand to air dry naturally
  • Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources while drying
  • You can use a blow dryer on low to medium heat once the wig is mostly dry
Styling:
  • Can be styled with heat tools (flat iron, curling iron, blow dryer, etc.)
  • Always use heat protectant spray
  • Keep temperature moderate (recommended 150-180°C / 300-360°F)
  • Style only when completely dry
  • Minimize heat styling to preserve the quality and longevity of your wig - use heat tools only when needed
  • Can be colored, bleached, or permed (professional service recommended)
Daily Care:
  • Gently brush before and after each wear, starting from the ends
  • Store on a wig stand or mannequin head
  • Keep away from direct sunlight
  • When not in use, store in a cool, dry place
Important Notes:
  • Remove wig before sleeping
  • When the wig has been glued down for consecutive daily wear, please use a lace band to hold the lace securely in place and prevent tearing from friction. Additionally, wear a silk cap when sleeping and/or use a silk pillowcase to protect the hair from tangling and damage
  • Avoid chlorine and salt water
  • Use minimal hair products (they cause buildup)
  • Don't brush when wet
  • Regular deep conditioning treatments with hair masks will extend the lifespan of your wig

  • Gently brush with a wide-tooth comb or special wig brush, starting from the ends

  • For lace front wigs, the excess lace needs to be cut according to the natural or desired hairline
  • Washing before first use is optional and based on personal preference
Washing:
  • Frequency: Every 10-15 wears, or when visibly soiled
  • Use ONLY cold or lukewarm water - never hot water
  • Use special shampoo for synthetic wigs
  • Place the wig in a basin with water and shampoo
  • Let it soak for 5-10 minutes
  • Gently swish the wig - don't rub, twist, or wring
  • Rinse thoroughly with cold water
  • Apply conditioner for synthetic wigs (optional)
  • Pat dry gently with a towel
Drying:
  • Air dry only on a wig stand
  • Keep away from direct heat sources
  • Do not use a blow dryer (even on cool setting) until the wig is almost completely dry
  • Do not dry in direct sunlight
  • Allow to dry completely before styling or storing
Styling:
  • Only brush when completely dry
  • Use a wide-tooth comb or special wig brush

Heat Styling - IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • All our synthetic wigs are heat resistant
  • CHECK YOUR PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS for maximum temperature (on our website):

    Some models: maximum 150°C (300°F)
    Other models: maximum 170°C (338°F)

  • NEVER exceed the specified maximum temperature - the synthetic fiber can melt or deform instantly and irreparably
  • Always test on a small, hidden section first
  • Start with lower temperature and increase only if needed
  • Use heat protectant spray designed for synthetic hair
  • Apply heat briefly - don't hold styling tools in one place too long
  • Keep heat tools moving to avoid damage
  • Minimize heat styling to preserve the quality and longevity of your wig - use heat tools only when needed
  • A small amount of hair oil applied to the lengths and ends will help reduce frizz and prevent tangling
Daily Care:
  • Gently brush before and after each wear, starting from the ends
  • Store on a wig stand or mannequin head
  • Keep away from heat sources (stoves, heaters, fireplaces, ovens)
  • Keep away from direct sunlight (colors can fade)
  • When not in use, store in a cool, dry place
Important Notes:
  • Remove wig before sleeping
  • When the wig has been glued down for consecutive daily wear, please use a lace band to hold the lace securely in place and prevent tearing from friction. Additionally, wear a silk cap when sleeping and/or use a silk pillowcase to protect the hair from tangling and damage
  • Cannot be colored, bleached, or chemically treated - chemicals will destroy the synthetic fiber
  • Avoid chlorine and salt water
  • Use hair products very sparingly (they cause buildup)
  • Don't brush when wet or damp
  • If damaged by excessive heat, the wig cannot be repaired
  • Keep away from open flames, candles, and cigarettes, ovens etc.

  • Gently brush with a special extensions brush or wide-tooth comb, starting from the ends
  • Work your way up gradually towards the attachment points
  • You may wash the extensions before first use if desired
  • Please note that we maintain excellent hygiene standards for all our products. Washing before first use is optional and based on personal preference
Washing:
  • Frequency: Every 15-20 wears, or as needed (less frequently than wigs, as they don't absorb oils from the scalp as much)
  • Use lukewarm water and sulfate-free shampoo
  • Wash extensions gently in downward motions
  • Do not rub, twist, or wash upside down
  • Be gentle around attachment points (clips or tape)
  • Apply conditioner only to the lengths and ends - NEVER on clips or tape
  • Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
  • Gently squeeze out excess water - don't wring
Drying:
  • Pat dry gently with a towel
  • Air drying is best - lay flat or hang to dry
  • You can use a blow dryer on low to medium heat
  • For tape-in extensions: Avoid applying heat directly to the tape - it can weaken the adhesive
  • For clip-in extensions: Keep clips away from direct heat
  • Ensure extensions are completely dry before styling or storing
Styling:
  • Can be styled with all heat tools (flat iron, curling iron, blow dryer)
  • Always use heat protectant spray
  • Keep temperature moderate (maximum 150-180°C / 300-360°F)
  • Be careful around attachment points - do not apply direct heat to clips or tape
  • Minimize heat styling to preserve the quality and longevity of your extensions - use heat tools only when needed
  • Can be colored or highlighted (professional service strongly recommended)
Daily Care:
  • Brush at least 2-3 times daily with a special extensions brush
  • Always start from the ends and work upward
  • Hold the attachment points while brushing to avoid pulling
  • For clip-ins: Remove before sleeping
  • For tape-ins: Braid hair into a loose plait before sleeping to prevent tangling
  • Regular deep conditioning treatments with hair masks (apply only to lengths and ends, not attachment points)
  • Use hair oils only on lengths and ends - never on clips or tape
Storage (for Clip-In Extensions):
  • Store flat or hanging in original packaging or storage case
  • Keep in a cool, dry place
  • Keep away from direct sunlight
  • Ensure extensions are clean and completely dry before storing
Important Notes for Clip-In Extensions:
  • Always remove before sleeping
  • Remove before swimming or exercising
  • Clip in gently to avoid damaging your natural hair
  • Don't sleep, shower, or swim with clip-ins attached
Important Notes for Tape-In Extensions:
  • Professional installation and removal required
  • Tape-ins typically last 6-8 weeks before needing repositioning
  • No oil-based products on or near the tape - they will loosen the adhesive
  • Avoid applying conditioner, hair masks, or styling products near the tape bonds
  • When sleeping: loose braid or bun recommended to prevent tangling
  • Never sleep with wet or damp extensions
  • Avoid chlorine and salt water, or rinse immediately after exposure
  • Do not wash hair upside down - this puts stress on the tape bonds
  • Use a gentle touch when brushing near tape attachments
General Important Notes:
  • Don't brush wet extensions - wait until they are completely dry
  • Be extra gentle when extensions are wet, as they are more vulnerable to damage
  • Avoid excessive heat and chemical treatments
  • Don't apply hairspray or styling products directly to attachment areas
